Prior to joining Orange Coast Title Company, Mike was General Counsel for Specialized Management Systems for ten years. Before that, Mike spent four years in private law practice in Santa Ana, California.

Mike received his B.A in 1975 from Cal State Fullerton, and his J.D. from Pepperdine University in 1978. Mike is a member of the State Bar of California, is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and is a member of the California Trustee's Association.
